(a) to (d)  In March 2018 the Government announced $2.9 million for headworks including roads, water, power and sewerage to facilitate the Baiyungu Aboriginal Corporation’s (BAC) development of Lot 308 in Coral Bay.   It is the State’s preference that development of new workforce accommodation in Coral Bay be the result of sustainable commercial agreements between business and landowners such as BAC, rather than continue the past practice of directly subsidising construction and rental costs of workforce accommodation.  The State Government has strongly encouraged BAC to complete negotiations with RAC, and I understand progress has been made in recent weeks.
