I refer to Aboriginal Cultural Material Committee (ACMC) minutes, dated 21 November 2012, and I ask: (a) what was the nature of the advice, dated 5 November 2012, from the State Solicitor's Office concerning the Committee's ability to consider culturally or gender sensitive information; (b) did this advice provide advice on whether a female officer in the Department of Aboriginal Affairs or the ACMC could view male restricted information; and (c) if yes to (b), why?
