In regards to section 7.12AC(2) of the Local Government Act 1996 which requires an auditor to consult with the Minister before exercising a right to dispense with any or all of a financial audit, and I ask: (a) since 30 June 2020, how many times has this provision been utilised; (b) how many local government audits were affected; (c) which local government audits were affected; (d) were any audits completely dispensed with; and (e) if yes to (d), which audits were completely dispensed with?
