CULTURAL CENTRE PRECINCT
1058. Hon MICHAEL MISCHIN to the Leader of the House
representing the Minister for Culture and the Arts:
(1) Has the
minister had any discussions with third parties regarding the lease of the
current Picabar site; and, if so, when, with whom and what was discussed?
(2) Is the
minister aware of any discussions or negotiations between —
(a) any of his
staff;
(b) any of the
department heads of the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural
Industries; or
(c) the Perth
Theatre Trust;
and third parties
regarding the lease of the current Picabar site?
(3) If yes to
(2), who was that party or parties, and when and with whom did those
discussions occur and what was discussed or negotiated?
