PYRTON SITE - DEVELOPMENT PLANS
I refer to an article in the Eastern Reporter of 13 November 2007 entitled “Land purchase plan dropped”, which states that the Indigenous Land Corporation will not be purchasing the Pyrton site in Eden Hill. (1) Will the minister confirm that the site will not be sold to the ILC? (2) If the site is not to be sold, is it the government’s intention to recommence public consultation on an alternative plan for the future of the site? (3) If yes to (2), what is the government’s now preferred plan and when will public consultation commence? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
