I refer to complaints received by the Local Government Inspector involving City of Perth elected members since 1 January 2026, and I ask:
(a) how many complaints have been received;
(b) how many complaints:
(i) remain open;
(ii) have been closed without further action;
(iii) have been referred to mediation;
(iv) have been referred to another adjudicator;
(v) have been referred to the State Administrative Tribunal;
(vi) have been referred to the Corruption and Crime Commission, WA Police or another external body; and
(vii) have resulted in a finding of breach; and
(c) what categories of conduct or governance issue were raised?
