I refer to the Indian Pacific passenger train and to the answers to question on notice 1629, and I ask: (a) did the planning study for the Public Transport Authority conducted on relocating the Indian Pacific from the existing terminus at East Perth to an alternative location recommend that the Indian Pacific still arrive and depart from East Perth Terminal once the Ellenbrook Line opens; (b) did this planning study recommend that Kewdale is the preferred new location for the Indian Pacific; (c) will this study be made public; (d) if no to (c), why not; (e) will there be direct wheelchair access to the Indian Pacific train at the new location; (f) if no to (e), why not; (g) will this new location offer continuous shelter from the elements; (h) if no to (g), why not; (i) will this new location offer toilet facilities; and (j) if no to (i), why not?
