I refer the minister to the Government’s decision to provide a rebate equivalent to 0.05 per cent of the Totalisator Agency Board betting turnover to the racing industry, worth $4.3 million this year, and ask - (1) Is it necessary for the racing industry to justify the way in which this rebate is used?
