Department of Corrective Services
(1, a-f) Department of Corrective Services
(2) The Department of Corrective Services has an agreement with the Department of the Attorney General (DotAG) for the provision of internal audit services since the creation of the two departments from the former Department of Justice in February 2006. The Department of the Attorney General has used KPMG to assist with internal audits.
(3) The Department of Corrective Services did not exist until February 2006. Costs of KPMG audit are met by DotAG.
(4) The Department of the Attorney General currently has a contract with KPMG.
(5) DotAG manages the contract with KPMG and meets the costs associated with the contract.
