1. I am unable to confirm whether or not Mr Michael Carton has provided bail for juvenile defendants as courts do not electronically record the names of any responsible person or surety for a juvenile accused in the Children's Court within the courts computer system (CHIPS) and therefore an electronic search is not possible. Each individual Children's Court file would have to be searched to locate the name of a particular responsible person or surety. 2. Not applicable.
2. Not applicable.
