(1) Is it a policy
of government to conduct self-initiated audits of government applications and
systems to identify potential information security risks?
(2) Since its
launch, has the Department of the Premier and Cabinet initiated an audit of the
ServiceWA application?
(3) If no to (2), why not?
(4) If yes to (2), can the results
of that audit please be provided?
