I am advised:
(1) & (3) 124 separations with post abortion complications.
(2) & (4) Delayed or excessive haemorrhage: 81 separations
Other and unspecified complications: 26 separations
Genital tract and pelvic infection: 17 separations
Note: ICD-10-AM clinical classifications are not sufficiently granular to enable a distinction between complications following surgical and medical abortions.
