The Kaleeya Hospital site (bounded by Staton Road, Wolsey Road, Alexandra Road and Coolgardie Avenue) is a landholding of 10,646 square metres. It occupies the whole of the block bounded by these four streets except for a single residence on a site of 847sqm at the corner of Alexandra and Coolgardie Streets, which is in separate ownership.
