(1) Main Roads is currently upgrading a section of the South Coast Highway.
(2) Main Roads' has future plans to reconstruct and widen sections and to construct passing.  Works commenced in late October 2012.
(3) The current estimated cost of the works commenced in October 2012 is $4.5 million.
