(1) Can the Minister please advise why Western Australia is the only state in Australia that does not have a scheme to provide incontinence aids for people over 65 years of age living independently and who are no longer covered under the Commonwealth funded Continence Aids Assistance Scheme?
(2) Can the Minister please explain why the Gallop Government has had the report entitled “Continence Management in Western Australia” for five years and have taken no action when the Minister has spoken to the author of the report?
(3) What steps will be taken by the Gallop Government within the next year to help offset the costs of incontinence pads?
