MUMBIDA WIND FARM PROJECT, GERALDTON
I have a supplementary question. I asked the minister whether he was aware that his approval was required for the financial aspects of the arrangement, in principle. Will he table all of the advice he has received? Mr E.S. RIPPER

At the outset, I really enjoy the way the member for Perth is able to wind up the Leader of the Opposition. It provides excellent theatre at question time. I congratulate the member for Perth on his outstanding performance, and long may he continue as the member for Perth. Only this morning I had a conversation with the managing director and the chairman of the board of Western Power - one of my regular meetings with those two gentlemen - and they advised me that the board has a new proposal to put before me regarding the Mumbida matter. I am expecting written advice from the managing director outlining his recommendations on how Western Power now thinks we should proceed with that matter. Mr J.H.D. Day: When? Mr E.S. RIPPER: When the managing director writes the memorandum and sends it to me.
