At the outset, I really enjoy the way the member for Perth is able to wind up the Leader of the Opposition. It provides excellent theatre at question time. Only this morning I had a conversation with the managing director and the chairman of the board of Western Power - one of my regular meetings with those two gentlemen - and they advised me that the board has a new proposal to put before me regarding the Mumbida matter. I am expecting written advice from the managing director outlining his recommendations on how Western Power now thinks we should proceed with that matter. Mr J.H.D. Day: When? Mr E.S.
