For each agency, department and Government Trading Enterprise (GTE) within the Minister’s portfolio of responsibilities, as at 1 July 2024, 1 July 2023 and 21 November 2025, I ask: (a) How many FTE are allocated to the Freedom of Information Unit or equivalent area; (b) How many vacancies are in the Freedom of Information Unit or equivalent area; and (c) For each vacancy, how long has each position been vacant?

Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS):
As a result of the Machinery of Government changes, LGIRS does not hold information prior to 1 July 2025.
As at 21 November 2025, LGIRS advise:
(a)  10 FTE.; (b) 5; (c) 2 FTE positions for two months; 1 FTE position for five months; 2 FTE positions to be filled.
Metropolitan Cemetries Board (MCB):
MCB does not have an FOI unit. FOI duties are fulfilled within the Management Team.
Gascoyne Development Commission:

Department of Communities:
Please refer to the answer provided in Legislative Assembly Question on Notice 1090.
