I refer to the Inside Cover story of Tuesday, April 5 2005, ‘Dr Gallop’s circular asks Agencies to report on the measures they are taking to reduce the risk of corruption’, and ask -
(1) Will the Minister table the circular sent to the Agencies?
(2) Are Agencies required to take any action in response to the circular?
(3) If so, what is required of them?
(4) Was the circular also sent to the ministerial offices?
(5) If no to (4) above, why not?
