A WA parliamentary question probes the progress of a major Karratha development announced in 2010, focusing on housing completion, land sales, population growth, and the development of city center parcels. The answer reveals a competitive proposal process is underway, delaying specific details, but provides information on other LandCorp facilitated projects.

(iii) retail;
(iv) civic uses; and
(v) hotel or other form of short-stay accommodation;
(e) of the five city centre parcels of land referred to in the announcement, how many residential apartments have been completed for occupation by residents, and how many residential apartments are currently under construction?
(f) how many cafes, restaurants and parks on the foreshore of Nickol Bay are currently available for people to take advantage of the spectacular views of the Burrup Peninsula, mangroves and the Pilbara sunset as detailed in your announcement; and
