Given the Premier’s advice yesterday that Western Australia will not be joining with some other state governments in permanently exempting the federal government’s $30-a-week pension increase from rent calculations for seniors living in Homeswest housing, will the Minister for Seniors now commit to increase the cost-of-living rebate to ensure that Western Australian pensioners are not worse off?
