I refer to the Minister’s answer to my question on notice No. 4276, and ask -
(1) Will the Minister table the Service Level Agreement when it is finalised?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If yes to (1), when will it be finalised and tabled?
(4) How many permanent Western Australia Country Health Service (WACHS) South West (SW) staff are currently provided with Government Regional Officers Housing (GROH)?
(5) Is GROH provided to all SW staff as part of their employment package?
(6) What criteria are used by WACHS to determine whether SW staff should be offered or provided GROH?

(3)  Not applicable.
(4)  Nil.
(5) No. The provision of staff accommodation is not a component of any Industrial Award for employees of the Department of Health, including the WA Country Health Service (WACHS).
(6) WACHS uses the criteria as set out in the Department of Housing's Policy in respect to eligibility.
