(2) What percentage of juvenile offenders enter the juvenile custodial system having been diagnosed with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or any Attention Deficit related disorder and;
(a) of these juvenile offenders, what percentage are receiving pharmaceutical treatment for this disorder on admittance to the juvenile custodial system;
(b) of these juvenile offenders, what types of drugs are they being treated with;
(c) of these same offenders, what percentage continue to be treated pharmaceutically in the juvenile detention system;
(d) what types of drugs, if any, are these offenders administered whilst they are in custody;
(e) what percentage of juvenile offenders are being treated pharmaceutically for Attention Deficit related disorder when they are released from custody; and
(f) what percentage of offenders who are under treatment for Attention Deficit related disorder within the juvenile detention system then re-offend following completion of their custodial sentence?
(i) what is the rate of re-offending for offenders who have not been diagnosed with Attention Deficit related disorder?

(1) (2) (a-i) Data of this nature are not readily available. The provision of this information would require considerable research, involving an examination of each juvenile offenders file individually. This would divert staff away from their normal duties and I am not prepared to allocate the State's resources to provide an answer.
