PREMIER — PUBLIC
SERVICE APPEAL BOARD
737. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the Leader of the House representing
the Premier:
I refer the Premier to the finding
of the Public Service Appeal Board on 5 January 2023 in which the commissioner
said that Hon Roger Cook ''did not do everything he could and should
have done to ensure leave entitlements were not abused''.
(1) Will the
Premier commit to do everything he can and should do to ensure leave
entitlements are not abused in any office in which he has staff?
(2) Is the
Premier's current chief of staff the same person as the chief of staff
whom the Public Service Appeal Board found had alerted him on 2 March 2020 that
staff may not have consistently applied for leave that was being taken?
