I refer to the Office of the Environmental Protection Authority and ask: (a) how many non-compliances were there of waste water outfalls in 2008–2009, 2009–2010, 2010–2011 and 2011–2012 and up until December 2013; (b) which entities were found to be non-compliant regarding offset waste water outfalls; and (c) what action ensued?

(b) Water Corporation was the entity found non-compliant with respect to waste water outfalls.
(c) None of the non-compliances was considered to have had a significant effect on the environment. In each case a Notice of Non-Compliance was issued to the proponent requiring corrective actions to be undertaken within a required timeframe.
