I refer to the residence at 15 Yallan Street, Mandurah, and I ask: (a) can you confirm the last three Synergy accounts to this address, listed chronologically from the earlier bill, are 720 kilowatt hour (kWh), 588 kWh and 1173 kWh; (b) if no to (a), what were the usages in the last three accounts; (c) why has the resident's usage gone up by 63% from the previous higher bill; (d) what has Synergy done to determine the accuracy of the usage as listed in the accounts; and (e) will Synergy check the accuracy of the metered usage?

In accordance with Synergy’s Privacy Policy it cannot provide information regarding individual customers to a third party unless authorised to do so.
