I refer to the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework, and I ask: (a) what has been the total cost to the Department of Local Government for the preparation and implementation of the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework; (b) what is the total cost of funding and support provided by the department to local government authorities for the transition to and implementation of the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework; (c) what was the total amount of funding grants provided to local government authorities for the preparation and implementation of the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework; (d) have all local government authorities fully met the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework requirements; and (e) if no to (d), what percentage of local government authorities have failed to meet the requirements?

(d) The Department found that 97 per cent of the sector has implemented the Integrated Planning and Reporting process and developed at least one strategic document.
(e) Of the Integrated Planning Reporting plans assessed by the department:
- 43 per cent of Strategic Community Plans met all 10 assessment criteria;
- 75 per cent of Corporate Business Plans met all 7 assessment criteria;
- 65 per cent of Long Term Financial Plans met all assessment criteria; and
- 83 per cent of Asset Management Plans met all assessment criteria.
