(1) $1.5 million is allocated in the 2017-18 State Budget to develop the necessary Business Case and Project Definition Report for the proposed Bellevue Rail Extension. This work will include development of the cost estimate.
(2)-(3) Final land requirements will be confirmed as part of the above work, and will be subject to the final location chosen for the station based on engagement with stakeholders.
(4) As at 10 October 2017, the Minister’s office has not been approached regarding land acquisition for the Bellevue station or rail extension.
