(1) What proportion of prisoners received a health screening upon entering custody in each of the financial years 2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25? (2) For each of the years in (1), what was the average and maximum timeframe between admission to custody and completion of the initial health screening? (3) For each custodial facility, what is the current policy or standard timeframe for conducting an initial health screening, and how is compliance with this requirement monitored? (4) Of the screenings identified in (1), how many identified: (a) chronic physical health conditions; (b) mental health conditions; and (c) substance use or dependency issues? (5) For each category in (4): (a) what treatment, support, or referral options were available; and (b) how many prisoners accessed each option in the past three financial years? (6) How many prisoners were identified at initial health screening in each financial year from 2020-21 to 2024-25 and 2025-26 year-to-date: (a) requiring urgent specialist care; and (b) what was the average waiting time to receive that care?
