(1) Can the minister provide an overview of the community service obligations funding for Karratha’s new six gigalitre desalination plant announced by the Premier and the minister, inclusive of both capital expenditure and operating expenditure for the following years - (a) 2011–12, inclusive of expenditure on design and construction; (b) 2012–13; (c) 2013–14; and (d) 2014–15.
