(a) The Western Australia Police Service does not have a current valuation of the police headquarters’ site; however, it is anticipated that a valuation for the site will be available within the next few months. (b) The property at 10 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth - government property register No 264735 - was valued by the Valuer General’s Office on 1 July 1999 at $10 500 000.
