I refer to comments from Minister Papalia reported in the Sunday Times on 12 October, that issues with the C-series trains listed in internal documents dated as recently as 16 September 2025 are "history", implying that they have been fixed, and I ask: (a) have each of the following fixed been rolled out to all C-series trains: (i) aircon software update and vent redesign; (ii) replacement of all driver seats; (iii) resolution of all brake blending functionality issues; (iv) resolution of all VCB issues; (v) all new stickers showing passengers how to open doors installed; (vi) all railcar wheel upgrades and fixed completed; (vii) all demisters fixed and switched on; and (viii) all cab harmonic noise fixes completed?
