refer to the risks that power cuts pose to vulnerable people, including those
with a requirement for a respirator.
Has the Minister
for Energy undertaken any investigation or done reports into the impact of the
series of power outages in the last two years in the Kalgoorlie–goldfields
region on vulnerable people in that region; and
(a) if not, why
not;
(b) if yes, were
any persons affected and what was that effect; and
(c) if yes, what
were the findings of that investigation?
