refer to the Draft Regulation 14 of the new Heritage Act 2018 which will
require a member with a material personal interest not to vote on a matter
before the Heritage Council and ask: (a) Will the member or members with the material personal interest be replaced by an alternate member under Draft Regulation 9; and (b) Will
the Minister have a panel of candidates from which an alternate member can be chosen: (i) If
yes, how many alternate members will be on the panel?
