I thank the member for some notice of this question. I provide this answer on behalf of the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Community Development. (1) It is not clear to which nine young people the member is referring. If the member would like to clarify this, a response will be provided. (2) Four of the young people most recently residing in the service have been withdrawn and progress is under way to find suitable alternative placements for the remaining young people. The decision to withdraw the young people was made on the basis of organisational and governance issues. (3) There have been a range of complaints relating to the governance of the organisation and the behaviour and safety of the young people. The number of complaints is not held centrally. They have been received in a variety of locations and formats, and some duplicate others.
