(a) The City of Stirling lodged with the Registrar of Titles a Property Seizure and Sale Order (PSSO) made in the Magistrates Court under the Civil Judgments Enforcement Act 2004. Document J512057, the PSSO, was lodged and registered on 16 November 2005, followed by transfer document J787581 on 15 June 2006.
(b) The property at 1/10 Alga Street was transferred in accordance with the
Transfer of Land Act 1893
.
(c) The Registrar of Titles has advised me that the registration of these documents occurred in accordance with the registration processes of the Registrar of Titles.
