In response to Question on Notice 2452 the Minister advised that there had been no permanent closure of mental health beds in the State. The original question did not ask whether permanent beds had been closed, but simply whether any beds had been closed. Therefore can the Minister please advise:
(a) Whether in the past two years any mental health beds in the State have been closed, whether temporarily or permanently;
(b) If so, where and when; and
(c) when did these beds come back into the system or are proposed to come back into the system?
