(a)        The broad multi-use functionality of Perth Park will involve numerous contractual arrangements between the state operator and promoters, users, community groups and sporting groups. The state will seek to ensure reasonable transfer of financial and other risks as part of those individual contractual negotiations.
The multi-use nature of Perth Park helps to diversify risk across a range of event types, e.g. music concerts, motorsport events, cycling events.
