(a) what is the total amount spent on the project for each financial year since September 2008 by the the Department of Planning; and
(b) what is the breakdown of the amount in (a) in terms of:
(i) full time equivalent and cost of staff time;
(ii) consultants fees;
(iii) travel and associated expenditure; and
(iv) any other costs associated with the project?
