(1) 360 and it should be noted that the previous Labor Minister only took approximately 93 planning decisions in her last 6 months (since April 2008) of government.
(2) These decisions include statutory decisions for Regional planning scheme amendments (11) and local government Town Planning Scheme and Local Planning Scheme amendments (348) for which information is published in the
Government Gazette
and involves actions such as -
· Approval to proceed to the Governor
· Modification required prior to final approval
· Refusal of final approval
· Final approval
· Consent to advertise
· Expenditure of Cash-in-lieu by local governments (refusals and approvals)
· Withhold consent to advertising and refusal to advertise
(3) 12
(4) No. This is part of my deliberative process and I will inform the house in due course of important projects. If the Member has a specific question about a proposal then I will address the matter.
