I refer to children in Western Australian public schools who are dependants of 457 visa holders and the collection of school fees by Education and Training International, and I ask: (a) how many families on 457 visas have been invoiced for school fees and when are fees due for payment; (b) how many families have paid the invoices referred to in (a), and what is the value of all fees collected; (c) how many business sponsors have paid the invoice for school fees for children of employees; (d) how many applications have been received for financial hardship provisions and how many of these applications have been approved; and (e) is there a GST component included in the invoiced fees and, if so, what is the amount?
