(i) registered nurses;
(ii) enrolled nurses; and
(iii) PSAs;
(c) of the total numbers of registered nurses at the BRH, how many are employed:
(i) on a permanent full-time basis;
(ii) on a permanent part-time basis;
(iii) as a casual; and
(iv) on contract;
(d) of all non full-time staff employed, from what agencies were staff sourced;
(e) is there a policy in operation at BRH which gives direction to the employment status ratio required (i.e. percentages of permanent, part-time and casual staff); and
(f) If the answer to (e) is yes, is this policy a Government directive, Health Department directive or BRH administration directive?
