(1) Negotiations have recently commenced with the proprietors of the Separation Point Caravan Park for the voluntary acquisition of the leasehold interest in the property. Until these negotiations are concluded no arrangements can be made concerning the owners of caravans in the Caravan Park (2) The Separation Point Caravan Park is located on a "C" Class reserve, which is the subject of a Management Order, administered by the City of Geraldton.
