Reports on Consultants Engaged by the Government for the six months ending 30 June 2024 and 31 December 2024 confirm combined payments of $18,251 to the Hadron Group and $38,940 to Houston Kemp for consultancies relating to a business case. (a-l) Hadron Group and Houston Kemp were engaged by Infrastructure WA (IWA) to provide specialist technical advice in support of IWA’s Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment of the Westport Program.  This included meetings with IWA staff during the course of each engagement.
As per IWA's legislation, a summary of the completed Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment for the Westport Program was made public within 6 months of completion of the assessment and can be accessed on the IWA website.
