I refer the minister to the Premier’s announcement of Labor’s plan for 10 per cent annual retail electricity price rises after the next election. (1) Will the minister provide total income and operating cost cash flow figures for the half-year to the end of December 2007 for all four government electricity utilities; and, if not, why not? (2) Does the minister expect the four government utilities to produce an aggregate cash operating profit for this year, as they did last financial year?
