I refer to the Growth Areas Infrastructure Requirements Report prepared by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) (WA), dated September 2024, which identified enabling infrastructure required to support more housing in key growth areas through three main corridors: North-East (North Ellenbrook and Bullsbrook), North-West (East Wanneroo), and Southern (Mundijong and East Wellard). In relation to the North-West Corridor (East Wanneroo) identified as having a current planned dwelling yield of approximately 50,000 homes, I ask: (a) how much State Government funding has been allocated to the each of the following items of immediate priority enabling infrastructure identified by the UDIA: (i) wastewater - Jandabup Wastewater Pump Station (WWPS) "A" & interim pressure main - initial phase - estimated cost $4.4 million - required in 2025; (ii) wastewater - Jandabup WWPS "D" & interim pressure main - estimated cost $4.4 million - required in 2025; (iii) wastewater - Planning and acquisitions for upgrade of Jandabup A WWPS & pressure main - estimated cost $4 million - required in 2028 - with UDIA comment "Upgrade of the pump station ($40m) is in Water Corporations CIP for 2035 but it will be required by 2030. To enable this, planning must commence within the forward estimates - $2m in each FY26-27 (for planning) and FY27-28 (planning and acquisition)"; (iv) water - Groundwater management system - estimated cost $25 million - required in 2025 - with UDIA comment "Will likely not require full upfront expenditure but will be required to allow each development cell."; (v) water - Wanneroo Reservoir upgrade, 4ML elevated tank & pump upgrades - estimated cost $5 million - required in 2027 - with UDIA comment "to boost water supply to high level zone on western side of precincts 1-6"; (vi) power - Power infrastructure (Wanneroo substation and Henley Brook substation) - estimated cost $45 million - planning to commence immediately - with UDIA comment "Require transmission line upgrades/extensions, at least 1 zone substations and at least 4 sets of HV network feeder extensions."; and (vii) Total North-West Corridor - estimated cost $87.8 million?
