Are there any individuals (who are not Members of the 40th Parliament, a spouse or family member of the Premier, employed, engaged or paid by
the Department of Premier and Cabinet) that have security access to Hale House: (a) If yes, who are the individuals which have access; (b) If yes, what is the nature of their access (24hr, business hours etc.); (c) If yes, do they have access to the ground floor Cabinet Room; (d) If yes, do they have access to either of the two sub-terrain basement rooms; and (e) If yes, do they have access to the Premier's suite?

It would be inappropriate for the Government to publicly release details of access arrangements to the Office of the Premier and Cabinet Room (Hale House) given the nature of the premises and the need to maintain a safe and secure environment
