971. Hon MICHAEL MISCHIN to the Leader of the House
representing the Attorney General:
I refer to a letter from Arma Legal
addressed to members of the Western Australian Parliament, dated 6 July 2018,
on the subject of an inquiry into the Njamal trust.
(1) Has the Attorney General
received a copy of that letter?
(2) Has he
responded to or taken action in response to the letter; and, if so, when and
what was that response or action?

General was forwarded a copy of the correspondence by another ministerial
office.
(2) No. The
Attorney General or his office did not respond to or take any action following
receipt of the correspondence.
