I refer to the Minister for Finance’s media statement of 23 August 2011 in which the Minister states that the State Government’s leased agreements are spread across 96 buildings which are now being consolidated into about 15 properties, and I ask:
(a) of the 96 buildings to which the Minister refers, how many were fully or partially vacant as at 31 October 2011;
(b) what is the name of the building and the physical address of each of the buildings in which there was vacant office space as at 31 October 2011;
(c) what is the name of the agency or agencies which previously vacated the office space;
(d) as at 31 October 2011, what monthly rental amount was being paid for vacant office space in each of the fully or partially vacant buildings outlined above;
(e) for what period of time has the State Government now been paying rent on vacant space in each of the fully or partially vacant buildings outlined in (a);
(f) how much in total has now been paid in rent on vacant space in each of the fully or partially vacant buildings outlined above; and
(g) how much in total has the State Government paid for empty car bays attached to the vacant or partially vacant buildings since the offices were vacated?
