I refer to the Kimberley Police district, and I ask: (a) can
WA Police please advise, for each financial year since 2007-08, what proportion
of domestic violence incidents in which they believed alcohol to be a factor occur in
areas in which liquor restrictions are: (i) in place; and (ii) not in place; (b) do WA Police in the Kimberley collect statistics on
alcohol related crimes responded to between 7am and 12 noon in the towns of
Fitzroy Crossing and Halls Creek; (c) if yes to (b), could the Minister advise what the nature, volume and
proportion of these crimes are in each of the locations; and (d) can WA Police comment on the likely source of the alcohol
associated with these crimes?

The question is unclear and without specificity it is not possible to provide a response. Western Australia Police collect data to collate a wide range of matters relevant to policing in the Kimberley Police District. However, should the member wish to receive a briefing on these matters I would be happy to facilitate.
