Lot 2, Armadale Road, Piara Waters
429. Hon Nick Goiran to
the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister
for Transport:
I refer to the
letter from John Erceg, managing director of Main Roads Western Australia, to
Mr and Mrs Hall on 9 April 2025 regarding the longstanding saga of access to
lot 2, Armadale Road, Piara Waters.
(1) Is the minister aware that Mr Erceg's letter
states that he was asked by the minister to send the letter?
(2) Is the minister aware that the letter dated 9
April 2025 states that Main Roads will be in contact with Mr and Mrs Hall
within 28 business days to confirm next steps?
(3) Is the minister aware that no such contact has
been made?
(4) Since Main Roads has failed to do so, will the
minister, consistent with the principle of responsible government, now outline
the proposed next steps?
